Paul has been instrumental in seeing through many changes in the display industry with the development of LCD technology, professional Gaming monitors to the implementation of higher resolutions and faster refresh Gaming solutions, HDR, USB-C docking solutions and portable monitors. Covering business and consumer applications Pauls knowledge of the Desktop displays market is second to none.

Regional Director for UK & Ireland, DRAM Business Manager, EMEA Region

Iwona Zalewska is the the Regional Director for the UK & Ireland and concurrently serves as DRAM Business Manager for the EMEA region at Kingston Technology Europe Co. LLC.

In her role as Regional Director, Iwona oversees sales and marketing efforts across all Kingston product lines in the UK & Ireland, aiming to maximize sales growth. She is responsible for leading the UK & Ireland Business Development Managers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

As DRAM Business Manager, Iwona focuses on driving DRAM sales across EMEA by developing strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities with the support of her team. She also provides valuable insights to Kingston HQ on DRAM industry trends, pricing, promotions, and new product launches within the region.

Before her promotion to Regional Director, Iwona served as a Sales Manager, where she played a key role in motivating and guiding her Sales Account Managers to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets through effective planning and goal setting.

Prior to joining Kingston Technology, she worked as a Sales Account Manager at Stock and Asset Management, Ltd, focusing on the SMB market in the EE region.

Iwona is fluent in English and Polish. In her free time, she enjoys running and dancing and never misses an opportunity for a strength training session.
